As an essential part of our team, you will manage various day-to-day activities supporting account teams, working with multiple clients, and building media relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while providing administrative support to account leads.
  • Develop briefing sheets, speaking engagements, award calendars, and editorial calendars.
  • Create cover letters, status reports, coverage reports, and team trackers.
  • Produce client-ready work that is thoughtful, well-written, and exhibits strong attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong industry relationships with media, analysts, and influencers.
  • Identify and secure media opportunities through pitching and writing (media pitches, press releases).
  • Interact professionally with clients during meetings and calls.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage them proactively for clients.
  • Coordinate effectively with teams and contribute to new business pitches through research and brainstorming.
  • Manage productivity and make tangible contributions to the agency.
  • Track client billable time daily.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with internship experience in public relations, marketing, and/or communications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Creative and self-motivated.
  • Strong writing skills to develop pitches, press releases, PR plans, and client-ready material.
  • Experience with tech clients and an understanding of the tech landscape.
  • Solid relationships with press and a proven track record of securing coverage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • An enthusiastic contributor with great ideas.
