We are looking for a Remote Travel Agent who loves connecting with people and crafting personalized travel experiences. In this role, you’ll work from anywhere, assisting clients in planning their dream vacations with expert advice and tailored recommendations, ensuring every trip is memorable, leading to repeat business and enthusiastic referrals.

Responsibilities

• Connect with Clients: Communicate through phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget.
• Design Dream Trips: Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and excursions to create customized itineraries.
• Guide and Assist: Offer advice on travel regulations, documentation, and health and safety protocols. Handle bookings for cruises, resorts, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
• Provide Support: Assist with any changes, cancellations, or emergencies before, during, and after trips.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, destination updates, and travel technology to enhance your service.
  
  

Requirements

• Eligibility: Must be 18 or older, living in the U.S., and authorized to work here.
• Tech-Savvy: Own a computer and cell phone with reliable internet access.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a knack for building rapport, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills are a must.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with great time management skills.
• Passion: A love for travel and a desire to keep learning about new destinations.
