About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. This role will be instrumental in driving awareness, preference, demand, and revenue growth across key market segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional and digital marketing, with a focus on project management.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Business Growth:

  • Support the development and execution of Integrated Marketing Plans (IMPs) to foster strategic commercial relationships with key customers/accounts.
  • Utilize an Account Based Marketing (ABM) and customer-centric approach for retention, growth, demand generation, and customer advocacy.
  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns for customer-facing events and digital lead generation efforts.
  • Drive the conversion of leads into opportunities by collaborating with Sales, Market Development, and Product Line Management.
  • Coordinate growth initiatives to establish brand awareness, preference, and loyalty, ultimately driving incremental revenue growth.
  • Project manage the execution of all marketing campaigns and content creation, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Serve As The Segment Marketing Expert

  • Understand the market segment and associated applications and solutions.
  • Develop segment expertise through engagement with market peers.
  • Demonstrate leadership in project management and become a subject matter expert for the market, both internally and externally.
  • Utilize various analytics and dashboard systems to track and report on client engagement.
  • Engage with sales teams to ensure they have the tools to effectively present value propositions and drive revenue.
  • Lead all aspects of the product launch/commercialization process, supporting marketing strategy creation and execution in collaboration with Product Line Managers and Market Development Groups.
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns to support lead generation, account-based marketing campaigns, and product commercialization.

Provide Marketing Thought Leadership

  • Define value propositions and associated audience-appropriate messaging for focus markets.
  • Develop relevant, technical, and business-driven content to engage customers and drive them into the buying journey cycle.

Performance Metrics

  • Project Management: Ability to coordinate and execute projects on time and on budget.
  • Segment Revenue Growth: Number of prospects and new qualified leads, marketing opportunity pipeline, and marketing-influenced revenue.
  • Key Account Engagement: Web and social media engagement.
  • On-time project completion and avoidance of project fast tracks.
  • Embracement of process improvement through continuous improvement practices.

Key Competencies

Required Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or business-related area.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Digital experience including social media management, email campaigns, web content and design management, and SEO.
  • Ability to establish direction and create commitment by involving others and communicating business direction effectively.
  • Conflict management skills, including the ability to read situations quickly and find common ground.
  • Ability to act independently and operate under minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to operate across various geographical or structural market segments.
  • Demonstrated creativity in leveraging client capabilities.
  • Passionate, immersive, creative, and energetic leader with proven experience in creating game-changing strategies and content.

Desired Competencies

  • Experience in Marketing and Telecommunications or a related Industry.
