Your missions

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager for Social Creative Content. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to craft creative content strategy for always-on content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of beauty culture and a proven track record in brand building and brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Social Creative to develop content strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/YouTube Shorts, Threads, and Pinterest.
Simplify business priorities and briefs into repeatable and ownable franchises, series, and tactics to brief creative production.
Provide creative direction for both visual and editorial content, ensuring the best creative output.
Navigate at the speed of social and culture, ideating in real-time.

Qualifications:

8+ years of professional social media experience.
Previous experience as an Art Director or Creative Director
Proven experience in content, editorial, and/or creative strategy.
Dedicated social media experience
Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and/or retail industry.
Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/YouTube Shorts, Threads, and Pinterest.
