Ford Performance is a leading player in the motorsport industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence on and off the track. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development/Finance Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role you will support the Ford Performance Business Development and Strategy team to help deliver new business development initiatives and assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced world of motorsports while contributing to our growth and success.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Help prepare financial reports, business cases, forecast and budgets for current and new business development opportunities.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents for current and future projects.
  • Assist in monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities in the motorsport sector.
  • Support market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential new revenue opportunities as well as future partners and sponsors.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute insights on business development strategies and financial analysis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in (Finance, Business Development, Strategy etc)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, putting the customer first
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products
  • Experience developing customer-centric strategies to generate revenue


Even better, you may have...

  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
  • Passion for motorsports and understanding of the industry is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules as needed.
