Description

Ametros is the nation’s largest professional administrator of medical insurance claim settlements. We help individuals manage their ongoing medical care through our CareGuard service and proprietary technology platform. CareGuard provides settlement advisory support, saves our members money on medical expenses, ensures compliance with government reporting, and facilitates the navigation of the complex US healthcare system.  


We are seeking an Account Specialist to primarily support all aspects of sales for the company. The Account Specialist acts as a main point of contact for product and service questions from our clients, and works closely with the Sales, Account Management, and Member Operations teams at Ametros. This person is a strong communicator with an interest in growing their career within a sales organization.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Provide timely responses to customer requests for various documents, proposals, and/or agreements.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for all product and service inquiries related to Ametros
  • Accurately track all customer referrals and provide daily reports to Sales and Operations 
  • Build and maintain relationships with new or established clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process
  • Participate in and follow up on sales calls when necessary
  • Configure and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Educate attorneys, injured workers/claimants, and/or adjusters on CMS and Medicare guidelines and our services
  • Coordinate round table or file review meetings with referring adjusters to obtain claim status updates
  • Manage multiple accounts at once to ensure proper follow ups are in place
  • Thoroughly review important settlement documents for discrepancies and/or nuanced language
  • Take part in sales trainings or mediations as necessary
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales support experience, including account management or inside sales roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to bring strong relationships with customers.
  • Aptitude for thinking critically and creatively solving problems.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven success in overcoming objections to win

Schedule:

Must be able to work West Coast hours Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm PST
