Job description

Overview:

Audacy is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of our online advertising programs. This is a great opportunity for an energetic self-starter looking to gain experience in the digital advertising space with a premium publisher. You will work across multiple departments and local markets to implement and optimize digital advertising initiatives, making contributions to Audacy’s marketing strategy and owning the realization of revenue as driven by the sales team.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Pod Ops, and show contacts to review and approve potential advertisers.
  • Accurately report responses and track data in our systems.
  • Organize and compile category opt-ins.
  • Coordinate and facilitate advertiser onboarding calls.
  • Assist in product delivery logistics for show hosts.
Qualifications:

Required & Preferred:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high tolerance for stress and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ad operations or sales support is a plus.

Pay Transparency:

 

The anticipated salary range for New York City-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $40,000/yr - $50,000/yr.

 

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
