Due to continued growth, Benamic is looking for a Business Development Manager, to build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients, both existing and new, focusing on the DACH region.
- Take ownership of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL's), from initial outreach and qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals
- Identify new business leads and contact prospective key clients to promote products and services
- Manage large, complex and highly visible strategic accounts across EMEA with a focus on the DACH region
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business development, while expanding existing accounts
- Focus on value-based selling, revenue growth within existing business, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
- Drive significant coordination across various teams internally - marketing, design, development, operations and finance
- Accurately forecast and achieve revenue goals
- Maintain assigned key accounts and provide ongoing client support
- Develop and implement client relationship management strategies
- Communicate with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the management of key client relationships
- Handle client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems
- Monitor sales performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions
Requirements
- Fluent German and English essential
- Third level qualification in a relevant industry
- 3 years+ B2B sales experience with multi-market exposure
- 1-2 years B2B sales experience within DACH
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships
- Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and a drive to succeed
- Ability to map out and strategically define account plans for key accounts
- Excellent at leveraging C-level and other senior relationships
- Collaborates cross functionally internally to actualise deal strategy
- Ability to negotiate complex deals
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management, reporting, and sales analytics
- Experience in SAAS sales an advantage
