Our company is looking for a Paid Media Strategist with 3+ years of experience in Paid Search and Paid Social Advertising to add to our nationwide team. New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America, as well as the largest full-service marketing agency in the industry. As a member of our Marketing team, you have the opportunity to support our corporate office and our new home builder partners to sell more homes more profitably. This position is fully remote, with access to our corporate office in Chicago (Elmhurst) or any of our operational hubs. 

Successful candidates will be passionate about paid media, and mentoring others, and enjoy juggling multiple clients. Pay Structure & Benefits
  • $68,000 Salary + Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities.

Requirements

New Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented professional to join our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!

  • 3+ years of Paid Media (search and social) experience at a digital marketing agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Previous small to mid-size agency experience.
  • Previous experience working with home builder PPC campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful paid media campaigns, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Background checks are required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, maintain, and continuously optimize client accounts.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's goals and business objectives.
  • Create decks to report on campaign performance.
  • Effectively present to clients via in-person, video, and/or call regarding strategy and optimizations.
  • Provide internal and external reporting on the status of a project and how the client and company goals are being met.
  • Identify additional growth opportunities in other marketing channels.
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search, paid social, and display marketing strategies for a variety of clients, including industry-specific walled gardens like Zillow and Realtor.com
  • Use campaign data to recommend and implement optimizations to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Extract insight from campaign data, identify relevant trends, and provide well-developed proactive recommendations to enhance and exceed overall client search marketing goals and objectives.
  • Continuously manage and adjust campaign budget allocation.
  • Exhibit a clear understanding of overall client messaging and develop search marketing creative, including but not limited to keyword generation, text ad copy creation, and landing page copywriting.
