MedCore Solutions, a division of Bizforce, is a global outsourcing company currently partnering with some of the largest healthcare organizations in the US. Our company is expanding and we are in immediate need of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist who specializes in US Healthcare recruitment. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting the best healthcare professionals for our valued clients.

Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions in the US.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for healthcare roles.
Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes with clients.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in healthcare recruitment.

Other Details

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine time (8 hours/day; 40 hours/week)

Start Date: September 30, 2024

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on US healthcare.
Deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape and the various roles within it.
Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Experience using Workable is a PLUS.
Amenable to work in a graveyard shift.
