Senior Supply Chain Analyst

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Suppliers, to drive success across multiple product categories. What You'll Do

• Plan and Execute: Balance demand and supply plans to meet both short-term and long-term needs. Develop and implement supply plans, demand forecasts, risk buys, and inventory strategies to keep everything running smoothly.
• Analyze and Recommend: Conduct thorough global inventory analysis and provide actionable recommendations to optimize inventory levels, achieve revenue goals, and minimize risks.
• Optimize Inventory: Evaluate supply chain stock status and demand run rates to improve inventory turnover, product availability, and freight costs. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Suppliers to address any issues impacting revenue and financial goals.
• Develop Strategies: Create and implement supply strategies with key partners to adapt to demand changes and maintain a steady supply of materials.
• Coordinate and Communicate: Manage raw material transfers between facilities to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. Communicate lead times clearly and handle purchase orders in alignment with the demand plan.
• Support the Team: Assist with maintaining KPIs, NPI supply chain readiness, special customer requests, and other ad-hoc analyses as needed.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years in supply chain roles with experience in supply and/or demand planning functions.
• Education: A BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA is a plus!
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is a must; experience with PowerPoint and Word is a plus. Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with various teams and management levels.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines with minimal information.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
  
  

Location

Must reside in Fremont, CA, or the surrounding area, as limited travel is required.
