The Opportunity

In this role, you will play a key part in converting market demand into valuable sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include nurturing qualified prospects, interpreting account-based signals, and contributing to high-impact outbound campaigns. Engaging with senior decision-makers at enterprise organizations, you will help scale our top-performing demand generation funnel by converting inbound leads into qualified meetings and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders at our events. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services teams to drive growth and ensure the success of targeted outbound campaigns.

You will utilize strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and smart execution to develop an innovative, best-in-class approach that ensures our enterprise solutions become essential tools for every user.

About You

You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You possess a warm, positive, and empathetic demeanor, along with strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Experience working remotely with a reliable home office setup
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in sales contexts
  • A strong work ethic, curiosity, coachability, and a focus on self-development

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and convert new sales opportunities
  • Help strategize and execute targeted outbound demand campaigns
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth
  • Prioritize tasks and execute daily activities to generate measurable results
  • Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure

In Your First Month, You Will

  • Complete new-hire training and become certified as an OKR Coach
  • Own our events pipeline by nurturing, qualifying, and engaging with attendees at our thought leadership events
  • Assess, score, and qualify inbound leads, ensuring all relevant data is captured
  • Engage with demo requests to convert them into meetings with sales executives
  • Launch your first outbound campaign and collaborate with cross-functional teams

In Your First Three Months, You Will

  • Book 15+ meetings for the revenue team
  • Engage with MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) in nurture campaigns
  • Develop strategies to convert soft leads into qualified sales conversations
  • Run 20 targeted digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads

In Your First Six Months, You Will

  • Increase your inbound lead conversion rate by 25%
  • Source 30+ qualified sales opportunities through outbound campaigns
  • Streamline processes and contribute to automating outbound efforts for increased efficiency
