Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and enhancing Salesforce implementations for our B2B and Retail business groups. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and IT subject matter experts to provide guidance and solutions for various Salesforce projects, including Sales B2B, Retail, and Subscription services.
• Partner with internal teams to align efforts with strategic priorities, making decisions on implementation approaches and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements to design effective solutions, and plan and execute future releases.
• Participate in project meetings, communicating project status and updates with peers, architects, system analysts, and project managers.
• Document technical solutions for new projects and integrations, and propose improvements for existing technologies.
• Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning web components, Apex, SOQL, and other emerging standards.
• Support and enhance existing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using Salesforce and third-party APIs, and develop new interfaces as needed.
• Act as a point of escalation for technical issues, providing solutions and support as required.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Approximately 9+ years in IT, with at least 7 years of experience designing complex, high-transaction solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Skills:
• Expertise in Salesforce CPQ financial billing.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and web technologies (HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Declarative, Programming, and Administration (code development, custom objects, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex, reports, workflows, etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs and Salesforce Visualforce Sites and Communities.
• Knowledge of Integration/Middleware tools like Workato and MuleSoft, as well as integrated technologies like Jira and Marketing Automation.
• Salesforce Platform Developer & Designer certifications.
• Preferred Skills:
• Java Developer or SQL certification.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities, with a customer-focused and logical approach.
