Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth. You’ll identify and secure new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and optimize our CRM system. We're seeking a proactive self-starter with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals. This full-time, hybrid position reports directly to the CEO and Operations Manager. Experience in an agency setting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research, generate leads, and reach out through various channels.
  • Develop and implement new sales channels and strategies.
  • Manage and follow up on leads daily.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and provide updates to management.
  • Create tailored proposals for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms are clearly defined.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare detailed case studies showcasing successful client projects.
  • Work closely with the email marketing team on campaigns and strategies.
  • Implement drip marketing strategies for leads that become inactive.
  • Explore opportunities for corporate events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Engage in outreach and lead generation for sponsorship sales.
  • Attend networking meetings for BNI Chapter and other relevant organizations, both remotely and in person.
  • Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, ideally within a PR agency or a similar industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
