About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to lead and enhance our global alliances and channel partner sales efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maximizing customer retention and driving revenue through effective processes and system improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Revenue Operations Management: Develop and execute scalable revenue operations strategies for our alliances and indirect channels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of revenue operations analysts, providing support and enabling cross-functional teams, partners, and sales to drive partner processes.
  • Sales Engagement: Oversee key functions including partner sales engagement, training, data enrichment, CRM, deal registration, and analytics.
  • Process Improvement: Measure and refine processes across revenue operations to boost efficiency, using data to drive actionable insights and improvements.
  • Reporting: Deliver metrics and reports to monitor and enhance channel and partner processes, including onboarding and certification.
  • Technology Oversight: Manage our partner portal, distributor store, and sales technologies, driving automation and collaborating with our systems engineering team.
  • Product Introduction: Facilitate the introduction of new products, pricing, and packaging to channels, ensuring ease of navigation and quoting.
  • Data Quality: Ensure high data quality in our tools through effective order processing, training, and data management.
  • Commission Management: Oversee the commission plan, including goal setting, evaluation, and compensation for sales and business development teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Academic Excellence: Strong academic background with a relevant undergraduate degree or a compelling alternative path.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven success in a senior leadership role with a focus on channel and alliance partnerships, preferably in a technology subscription-based business.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with technology platforms, data analytics, and compensation systems that drive excellent revenue operations.
  • Global Experience: Ability to manage a remote team across various time zones in a multicultural environment.
  • Systematic Approach: Skilled in developing repeatable, scalable systems and processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to align stakeholders and drive performance.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in business English (written and spoken).
  • Travel Willingness: Ability to travel internationally up to 4 times a year for company events.
