We are searching for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with expertise in academic personnel processes. You will be part of a high-performing team, working closely with campus leadership to guide strategic decisions in academic recruitment, appointments, faculty welfare, and more.

Position Overview

As a Senior Academic Personnel Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing academic personnel policies and procedures.
  • Providing expert guidance to university leadership, including deans, department chairs, and other senior staff.
  • Conducting complex, high-level analyses to address key academic personnel issues, often with broad campus-wide impacts.
  • Overseeing academic recruitment, advancement, compensation, employee relations, and faculty equity.
  • Leading workshops and providing training for HR analysts and department heads.
  • Serving as a key liaison, collaborating with various departments and external organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise senior leadership on strategic planning and employee relations in academic settings.
  • Analyze and develop recommendations on academic personnel matters, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Implement programs related to recruitment, retention, and faculty development.
  • Provide training and workshops for HR professionals across campus departments.
  • Collaborate with various academic departments to ensure the effective administration of personnel policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of academic HR policies and their application.
  • Ability to analyze complex academic HR issues and offer innovative solutions.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both in writing and verbally.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills.
  • Sensitivity to the diverse academic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds in the campus community.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of \(160,000 - \)190,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Final salary is based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
