Our team is collaborative, enthusiastic and delivers on our promises. Position Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Architect to join our MissionCRM team! This senior-level role focuses on becoming the subject matter expert (SME) for the MissionCRM product, supporting internal teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. You will collaborate with product management to translate market needs into a technical roadmap, define how product features will be implemented, and guide the development of multi-tenant environments. While there is no direct customer interaction, this position requires a strong ability to work with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure the platform’s success.

Responsibilities Include
  • Becoming the product SME for SylogistMission CRM, overseeing the technical architecture.
  • Collaborating with product management to align technical solutions with market needs and shape the development roadmap.
  • Designing and implementing multi-tenant deployment strategies to ensure scalability and performance for enterprise customers.
  • Maintaining and optimizing system architecture, focusing on Dataverse, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365BC/CRM), and SQL Server.
  • Developing partner-facing documentation to ensure partners can implement the platform with minimal support.
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure smooth technical execution and continuous improvement.
  • Staying current on technology trends and providing input into future product development.
  • Participating in regular development standups to stay informed on product functionality and upcoming technical features.
  • Supporting platform governance and security to ensure scalability, maintainability, and compliance with best practices.

Must-Haves
  • 5+ years of experience in technical architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/CRM, SQL Server, and multi-tenant deployment strategies.

  • Experience working with Dataverse and scalable, enterprise-level solutions.
