Title: Space Planning & Analytics Consultant

Pay Rate: $42/hour
Location: San Francisco, CA (100% Remote)
Contract Duration: Start Date: 09/09/2024 End Date: 12/31/2024 (approximately 4 months). This contract offers potential for extension or conversion to a full-time internal employee position.

Position Overview
The Space Planning & Analytics (SP&A) Consultant will collaborate across multiple teams, including WaaS, CatMan, and Local Ops, to optimize revenue per square foot across the client's real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include managing database integrity, conducting site/data audits, and overseeing site-level redesigns. As a newly established role, the individual will help refine strategic processes over time. Candidates with 1-2 years of business analyst experience are preferred. Key responsibilities and required skills are outlined below:

Responsibilities and Skills :
  1. Site Redesigns (30% of time)
    Skills : Google Sheets/Excel, Problem Solving
    • Implement best practices to optimize site layouts (e.g., storage, put-away, filling).
    • Develop new Lucidchart layouts to address gaps and maintain updates with local teams.
    • Support small-scale tests and pilots (e.g., multi-bin setups) to drive new learnings.
    • Act as an expert on redesigns, suggesting improvements and elevating insights to the team.
    • Identify opportunities for capital investments to improve site efficiency and revenue.
  2. Equipment Management (50% of time)
    Skills : Project Management, Clear Communication
