2-3 years of project management experience, Loan/mortgage industry experience preferred, Fluency in English required, Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred, Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.Key responsabilities:
- Develop policies, procedures and reporting
- Draft SOPs and monitor SLAs
- Create structured project plans from start to finish
- Collaborate with department heads and manage progress
- Track project advancement and report on initiatives
