We're seeking a talented Software Developer to join our Information Technology team in a hybrid role, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work. If you’re an IT professional who excels in creative problem-solving, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working with a collaborative team, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business subject matter experts, managers, developers, and other teams to gather and understand project requirements.
• Scope, design, and develop software applications based on defined requirements.
• Debug, test, and refine new and existing software solutions.
• Support, troubleshoot, and enhance current software applications through updates and upgrades.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and systems through the effective use of technology.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Software Applications Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Development Suite applications, including Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with MSSQL and related services.
• Experience in C# and VB development, with knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs.
• Strong consulting and interpersonal skills, with familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Suite.
