ERP Operations Manager - Oracle NetSuite (Finance & Supply Chain)

Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for ERP systems and improving business operations? This role requires a hands-on approach to manage our Oracle NetSuite ERP application, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain. You will blend technical expertise with operational leadership, providing a unique opportunity to shape our IT strategy and support critical business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP Operations: Act as the technical and operational lead for Oracle NetSuite, managing Financial (Average Costing), Technical (SFTP integrations), and Supply Chain (Procure to Pay & Order to Cash) areas.
• Enhance Business Experience: Proactively improve how IT applications serve business needs by collaborating with stakeholders to identify challenges and implement solutions.
• Manage Support Teams: Oversee our offshore IT support team, driving improvements in change management, release management, and day-to-day support while adhering to SOX compliance.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop a deep understanding of our ERP application, troubleshoot issues, and work on global support operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Standardize Processes: Improve functionalities like SuiteApprovals for Purchase Orders and Vendor Bills and standardize Manufacturing Cost Templates to support daily operations in Finance and Supply Chain.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 8 years in IT with ERP applications like Oracle NetSuite, including 4 years in biotech/pharma IT. Experience in cell and gene therapy is a plus.
• Skills: Extensive experience managing Oracle NetSuite's Financial, SFTP, and Supply Chain modules, along with managing vendors and offshore teams.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical business processes and FDA regulations (CFR 21 Part 11, cGMP) is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
• Abilities: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and handle work-related stress effectively.
