We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a key player in enhancing our global supply chain operations. This position involves leading and refining supply chain strategies, and if you’re passionate about optimizing operations and guiding a dedicated team, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of supply chain professionals to achieve target inventory levels and customer service goals.
  • Optimize the flow of goods from suppliers to manufacturing and from manufacturing to customers utilizing lean principles and strategic planning.
  • Drive the timely launch of new products by collaborating cross-functionally to integrate consumer needs and supplier insights to reduce obsolescence.
  • Identify and implement improvements in systems, processes, and reporting to manage cost volatility and increase operational efficiency.
  • Measure success by tracking and reporting supply chain KPIs, making data-driven decisions to foster continuous improvement.
  • Build and refine a flexible and responsive manufacturing network.
  • Support growth efforts during acquisition or divestiture activities and assist with budgeting and reporting initiatives.
  • Conduct meetings and training sessions aimed at improving productivity, accuracy, and overall team performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field (MBA preferred) with at least 8 years in pharma, life sciences, or capital equipment sectors, including 5 years in a leadership role. CSCP certification is a plus!
  • Skills: Expertise in supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and budget planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and master production scheduling is essential. Familiarity with Syteline is a bonus.
  • Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills; ability to manage complex project schedules and budgets effectively; knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO-9000) and project management experience is also important.
