Description

Are you passionate about keeping financial records accurate and organized? Join our team as a Bookkeeper and play a key role in maintaining our company’s financial health. We offer a flexible work environment with both hybrid and remote options, allowing you to balance work and life effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and process daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger, day books, supplier's ledger, and customer ledger.
  • Prepare financial reports and bring the books to the trial balance stage.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, and manage payroll efficiently.
  • Prepare and file financial documents, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Reconcile company accounts to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with tax payments and returns, and support tax document preparation.
  • Monitor cash flow and generate financial reports to aid in informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or FreshBooks.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred, but not required.
