Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Zoho Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses an in-depth understanding of Zoho software, can effectively implement it within a start-up environment and drive the adoption and optimization of Zoho throughout the company.


What You Will Do

  • Understand the organizations needs and objectives and develop a comprehensive Zoho implementation plan.
  • Configure and customize Zoho applications to align with the company's specific requirements, many of which are unique to the insurance industry.
  • Ensure seamless integration and user adoption of Zoho's software across our departments.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they can effectively utilize Zoho tools.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize Zoho applications to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to Zoho set-ups.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho updates and features and assess their applicability to the organization.
  • Maintain documentation of Zoho configuration, workflows and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any Zoho-related issues that may arise.
  • Take ownership of Zoho projects and drive them to successful completion.
Requirements

What You Offer

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
  • Proven track record with Zoho software, including but not limited to Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing, Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Projects, Zoho People and other applications.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective Zoho Solutions.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality results.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • English C1.
