Your missions

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join their team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in accurately and effectively inputting, updating, and maintaining data related to injury cases within our client's system and databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and update data related to injury cases into the client's system and databases.
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Verify data for errors and inconsistencies, and make necessary corrections.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of data entry projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to address any data-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Adhere to established data entry procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Workers’ Compensation legal procedures.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in using electronic case management systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in case documentation and filings.
  • Familiarity with medical billing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or legal settings.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products.
  • Willingness to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule. Let’s bridge time zones together.
  • Own a Laptop or Desktop with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and Microsoft Office. Plus, a reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
