2-3 years experience in project management, Fluency in English required, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, Experience in the loan/mortgage industry preferred, Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodologies.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop policies, procedures and reporting for all departments
- Draft SOPs and monitor SLAs companywide
- Create structured project plans from start to finish
- Collaborate with department heads on requirements and track progress
- Assign resources and meet project deadlines while mitigating risks
