Key Account Managers - CardioRenal - Various Territories 

 

Bayer are currently recruiting for driven Key Account Managers who have experience and success in working in Pharma and hospital sales roles.   

 

Opportunities currently existing in the following Territories

 

Wales & Gloucester.  

Kent & Sussex.  

Birmingham & Coventry.  

Black Country, Derbyshire, Staffordshire.

 

We require successful candidates to live on territory and have the right to work in the UK. . 

 

Major Tasks

 

• To implement the National strategy through building and executing robust account plans in key accounts across the full health economy to meet sales targets

• To appropriately allocate resources into key accounts and regularly monitor progress and impact, evolving plans as appropriate

• To utilise a multichannel strategy to establish and maintain strong customer relationships in order to drive sales growth and prepare for future brand launches.

• Demonstrate consistent leadership and thorough knowledge of the territory through a total health economy way of working, identifying opportunities for partnership and synergies with the NHS

• To prepare for future product launch by engaging with external and internal customers/stakeholders and sharing insights to wider team

• Identify key opinion leaders and advocates and create robust advocacy development plans, aligning with the NSM and PRM.

 

 

Who you are?

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.

• Proven track record of consistently high performance, preferably within the CV field

• Experience of ensuring market access, securing formularies and developing pathways to ensure optimal patient flow and maximising prescribing opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop productive partnerships both internally and externally.

• Highly motivated with drive & determination to succeed & willingness to adapt to change.

• Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate pro-activity.

• Strong understanding of customer drivers and of the NHS: including commissioning pathways, funding streams, NHS organisations and implementation of NICE guidance

• Clear understanding of KAM theory and practical implementation

• Excellent in call quality skills accompanying a high level of clinical, disease area knowledge
