We are looking for a Junior Paralegal for our Group Legal team to provide legal-administrative support to the Legal, Group Finance and M&A teams concerning a broad range of legal and governance tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance, enhancement, and administration of the Global Contract Database, including tasks such as setting up contract counterparties, e-filing contracts, and conducting searches and compilations
  • Manage the physical archive of corporate documents, ensuring organization, scanning of physical documents, and tracking the movement of original documents
  • Coordinate the physical or electronic signature process of legal documents at a corporate level
  • Prepares and executes filings with local commercial registers, and/or coordinates such tasks with external lawyers and/or the team responsible
  • Support in drafting and/or reviewing contractual documents, such as short-form agreements, extensions, amendments, or termination letters
  • Provide support to the General Counsel and other team members in the HQ Finance Department for various legal-administrative tasks, including the drafting and global implementation of regulations, legal documents, and/or legal training

  • You have…
  • A degree in law or a related field 
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a law firm or legal/administrative team with an  international scope
  • Experience working with Spanish legal documents
  • Strong attention to detail for reviewing contracts and legal documents
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
