As a Strategic Partnerships Lead (m/f/d) Americas, your role will involve assisting our company in nurturing our partner relationships and driving the strategic growth of our partner network.

Job Description
  • Responsibility for achieving commercial targets for partners in North America
  • Developing sustainable strategies to expand and build our partner relationships and drive international alignment
  • Planning and implementation of partner activities and events
  • Acquisition of new solution and technology partners based on our Partner GTM Strategy
  • Building a knowledge base about the requirements and needs of our clientele
  • Market, competition and trend monitoring
  • Close cooperation with sales and marketing
  • Clear reporting of Partner activity in our CRM and related systems

Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration or comparable training
  • A minimum of 4 years professional experience in a partner management or similar role for a SaaS company or implementation agency
  • Deep knowledge of and relationships with the North American system integrator / agency landscape for enterprise Commerce implementations
  • Entrepreneurial, independent thinking and acting, strong communication skills, negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of relevant KPIs and their interpretation
  • Confident handling of tools, especially Excel/ Sheets & Powerpoint/ Slides
  • Self-confident appearance and communication & presentation experience at management/ C-level
  • Native or fluent in English. Other languages are a plus 
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
