Your missions

We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for improving deliverability across multiple email service providers, managing third party certification tools and working with our development team to optimise our own in-house email platform.

Your job is at a strategic level and will not directly involve the creation and sending of email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Implement measures to improve deliverability rates across all of our ESPs
  • Manage relationships with ESPs and certification tools to ensure the constant availability of IP addresses and sending domains
  • Monitor email IP performance and foresee and plan for potential issues
  • Work with our email strategist to ensure optimal deliverability standards are followed
  • Work with our marketing team to improve open rates, click through rates and optimise the entire user journey
  • Work with our marketing team to manage the creation and maintenance of email sending domains
  • Devise and implement effective email A/B and multivariant testing
  • Identify opportunities with new ESPs and initiate discussions on new agreements
  • Work with our project manager and development team to improve and integrate our proprietary email platform into new sending workflows
  • Provide regular deliverability reports and insights to the wider team


    The Ideal Candidate

    •   3-5 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on email

    •  Has previously used DotDigital and SendGrid platforms, or similar ESPs

    •  Understands key deliverability and performance metrics

    •  Highly analytical and able to draw insights from data

    •  Understands marketing trends, opportunties and risks
