Whip Media is hiring a Technical Business Analyst based out of London to provide support to the Customer Success Professional Services team during project delivery. You will gain in-depth knowledge of Whip Media projects and client business processes to create various types of documentation for different audiences, create test plans and perform end-to-end testing and data analysis to aid in the successful project rollout of our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity where you'll collaborate with project team members, key stakeholders at all levels of Whip and with clients during the course of the project.


What You Will Do:

  • Gain in-depth proficiency in Whip Media product features to support project rollouts and provide operational support after go-live
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Client’s business processes and operations
  • Document functional requirements and user stories via JIRA tickets
  • Analyze and document business processes (as-is and to-be), and related data flow
  • Create and manage test plans
  • Perform end-to-end testing including regression testing
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients
  • Troubleshoot issues reported during UAT/go-live; Document bugs via JIRA tickets
  • Create user guides, training materials and conduct user-training (with PM)
  • Document release notes for quarterly releases
  • Follow software development lifecycle processes for support and projects rollouts
  • Work closely with Project Manager for successful delivery of solutions
  • Collaborate with Engineering to manage the user story lifecycle
Requirements

What You Will Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Strong data and business analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency with end-to-end system testing including regression testing
  • Proficiency in writing Test Plans, creating User Guides, creating Release Notes
  • Proficiency in writing and managing tickets between clients and internal CSM teams
  • Experience with testing and troubleshooting solutions with complex technical data integrations
  • Background with creating process flow and data flow diagrams
  • Experience with owning Client UAT
  • Experience with supporting SaaS solutions and projects
  • Experience with conducting end-user training is a plus
  • Basic understanding of data warehouse concepts is a plus
  • IT or IS Degree or Certification preferred
  • Product company background preferred
