About the Role:

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who will assist our field sales team follow-up with inbound leads and prospect/generate new opportunities. We’re looking for a hunter who has a track record of success and possesses polished phone and writing skills. The Sales Development Representative understands and enjoys cutting-edge enterprise technology, prospecting, learning, and ultimately wants to establish a career in sales. This role has the opportunity to grow into a full sales position in the future, and a well defined progression path for SDR’s.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with top Enterprise and Commercial accounts in Central Europe
  • Qualify & convert inbound leads into opportunities for our sales teams
  • Participate in weekly sales training & enablement sessions
  • Meet and exceed quarterly qualified leads quota to ensure pipeline objectives, with the support of managers and teammates who are committed to your successJoin a structured sales training program with clear milestones, and an established career progression plan for strong performers.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales to establish an outbound account penetration plan, including target companies, prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
  • Participate in regular training & informational sessionsSome experience in a similar business development role
  • Fluency in German or French and English
