Description

You will play a pivotal role in guiding strategic financial decisions through advanced data analysis and insightful business intelligence. Your expertise will assist in crafting comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that enable informed decision-making to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that impact strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present in-depth financial reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Business Intelligence:
• Lead the creation and implementation of business intelligence solutions to enhance data visibility and accessibility.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure accurate integration of financial data across systems.
• Utilize BI tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to design and refine dashboards and visualizations.
• Strategic Planning:
• Support strategic planning by providing financial forecasts, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Assess the financial impact of business initiatives and offer recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving processes related to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while following best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to gather requirements and deliver valuable business insights.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
• Experience: 6 to 8 years in financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to senior management.
• Project Management:
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in business intelligence.
