Responsabilidades

Responsible for attract candidates with different job boards, job fairs and field recruitment attention

Schedule Medical background check

Attendance and Follow up for referral program

Responsible for pre onboarding talk with candidates

Schedule interviews with Trainer, Supervisor and Union Leader.

Confirm accepted candidates to the supervisor and ask hiring documents

Provide Feedback for Candidates not accepted

Maintain Data Analytics for Field Recruitment Job

Integrate Hiring Documentation

Requisitios

  • Knoweldge:
    • Massive hourly recruitment experience
    • Sourcing, interviews
    • Social media and Field recruitment.
  • Education: Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administrations degrees or similar
  • Experience: 1-years´ experience as a recruiter or similar roles.
