Your missions

Salary: P40,000 – P60,000 monthly package

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience on a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of Slack and email platforms.
  • Experience on database management systems

What will you do?

Database Management:

  • Upload, organize, and maintain content within the company’s database.
  • Ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and properly categorized.
  • Regularly review and update content to align with the latest company standards and protocols.

Support & Communication:

  • Respond promptly to basic support questions and queries via Slack, email, and the support portal.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to users, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team members.

Data Entry & Administration:

  • Perform data entry tasks related to content management and support activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, updates, and tasks completed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the content and IT teams to ensure that content loading processes are efficient and error-free.
  • Provide regular updates on content loading progress and support activities to the supervisor.
