Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Romania. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining, developing, and delivering software products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer support, and sales, to bring innovative software solutions to our flagship product. The Product Manager reports to the Director of Product, located in the USA, and will work with a development team based mostly out of Romania. This role is 100% remote. 

• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, design, and QA teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements, maintaining high standards of quality and user experience.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Help define and prioritize the product roadmap, outlining key initiatives and features to drive product growth and innovation.
• Support the development team in their Sprints by iterating on Stories and acceptance criteria to ensure proper documentation of the delivered software.
• Support the development team by conducting and facilitating the Scrum ceremonies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on product performance, key metrics, and progress against goals.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, user data, and market insights to inform product development and improvements.

Desired, but not required, skills/characteristics:

• 3+ years experience in a relevant product/project management work 
• Experience working for a Saas company, preferably B2B
• Analytical background or analytic mindset
• Previous experience with 1-100+ products
• Previous experience with scrum/agile processes
• Previous experience with multicultural, remote teams
