We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our new team as a Customer Support Specialist with German!

Home Office Customer Support Specialist with German (DB)

Job Description

  • Supporting customers through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
  • Analysing and solving customers’ queries
  • Sharing information on administrative and technical requests
  • Making changes to the system 
  • Forwarding faults or calls to other departments

Our Requirements

  • German C1+ level is a must
  • English B1
  • Attending the initial training at our office in Sofia (accommodation bonus provided upon eligibility)
  • Customer-oriented thinking and attitude
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work on shifts
