Compliance Specialist - Due Diligence Process

A munkakör célja / Scope:
Responsible for driving lean projects for customer / partner onboarding and ongoing compliance related to due diligence, economic sanctions, and anti-corruption compliance. Work with colleagues from other business functions (sales, project, IT) to determine process gap areas of focus and create appropriate actions plans for continual improvement. Support Senior Compliance Lead with creating and implementing new policies, procedures & training to assure a consistent, risk-based approach.

Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Knowledge of due diligence tools
Strong analytical, problem solving and resolution skills.  
Strong oral and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
Language: English is a must one more EU language is preferred

Feladatok és felelősségek / EHS supplement-Tasks and responsiblities:
Partnering with operations to deliver regional growth and execution.
1. Perform due diligence checks on prospective customers, related parties, investors, and
suppliers (KYC, KYS process)
2. Perform Customer verification; document and escalate exceptions; monitor for timely
resolution.
3. Support Channel Partner Onboarding Process. Draft Channel Partner Agreements and
support contract management.
4. Work with global Due Diligence team and Business on assigned projects to improve compliance
processes, drive policy and process changes needed for continuous improvement.
5. Perform enhanced due diligence checks on higher risk accounts.
6. Conduct research using 3rd party solutions to identify potential risk issues.  
7. Perform on-going monitoring; review, resolve and escalate where appropriate.
8. Support internal testing and audit requirements.

Szükséges végzettség és tapasztalat / Required education and experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in legal or economics from an accredited university or college
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in compliance, contract management, other legal or business field
3. Experience in working in a Global business environment or in Public Administration is preferred.
4. Fluent in English other language is an advantage.
5. Experience in project management and interest in legal compliance, export regulations, contract
management is an advantage
6. Knowledge of relevant IT systems and risk management tools
