As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly competent and committed team, contributing to the Cybersecurity industry in the GCC.

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
  • Develop and execute account plans, including strategies for revenue growth and client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of Cybersecurity Services and Solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of IS's offerings.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts, reports, and updates on account activities and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of Cybersecurity trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the Cybersecurity or IT industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
