About the Role

The Sales Solutions Specialist is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer solutions within the Priority/Road Express services sector. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual who can identify customer needs, present effective solutions, and build long-lasting relationships. The Sales Solutions Specialist will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve sales targets.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, leveraging your expertise to develop and implement strategies that meet or exceed sales targets. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Your ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions will be crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for priority services.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

What You'll Bring

You will bring a proven track record in sales, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed targets. Your strong communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively engage with clients and deliver compelling sales pitches. With a deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, you will adeptly manage customer information and track sales progress. Your ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions will be key in building lasting relationships. Additionally, you're networking and lead generation skills, combined with your collaborative approach, will ensure seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
