Job Description
As the Social Media Ads Buyer, you will be managing the paid social campaigns from start to finish. You will be responsible for building and analyzing campaigns across major paid social channels for HelloFresh. You will help build campaigns, work on providing reporting updates to the PDS team/stakeholders and use analytics to inform the team and optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) campaigns to completion
• Use a data-first approach to analyze performance drivers to optimize for channel ROI
• Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis
• Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals
• Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders
• Work with project management tools(i.e., Asana) to ensure deadlines are met
• Help design, implement and analyze experiments across paid social channels

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience managing paid campaigns on META (Facebook and Instagram): Facebook Ads Buyer, Paid Social Campaign Specialist, Paid Ads Specialist, Paid Campaign Manager, Digital Campaigns Specialist, Digital Marketing Coordinator
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and platform reporting (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV)
• Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting
• Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
• Strong communication and presenting skills
• Must be proficient at Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc)
• Willing to report on a graveyard shift (EST)
• WFH but willing to report to our BGC, Taguig office when needed
