The Crown Is Yours

Help shape the future of our VIP sales team as a VIP Compensation Specialist, designing rewards and incentives aligned to our business goals. Reporting to the Senior Manager, VIP Sales Operations, you will craft and execute compensation strategies that inspire top-tier performance, collaborate with key teams to optimize resources and processes, and implement incentive programs that empower our VIP team to achieve their full potential. 

What you’ll do as a Compensation Specialist 
  • Obtain a deep knowledge of the VIP sales model, business processes, key performance metrics, and compensation strategy.

  • Lead the design and management of compensation plan strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring the VIP sales team has the tools and motivation to excel. 

  • Lead the creation and implementation of sales contests and incentive programs, ensuring top performers are recognized and rewarded while driving performance aligned with business goals.

  • Partner with Finance, HR, Sales Leadership, and other key teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication of compensation strategies.

  • Manage and support a Senior Associate, providing direction, feedback, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

 

What you’ll bring   
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in compensation design and administration.

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.

  • Experience with compensation modeling and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting recommendations to upper management.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 84,600.00 USD - 105,800.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
