The Director of Global Integrations will be responsible for driving the successful deployment and integration of global systems and technologies. This role involves Developing and executing a global integration strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that integrations align with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in integrations, and a strong ability to lead and coordinate across diverse teams.  This role will work closely with various departments including, product, engineering, technical operations, and customer success.  


What you’ll do as the Director of Global Integrations at Deel:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global integration strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system integration to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global integrations team.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, encouraging professional growth and development.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all integration-related activities and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to understand integration requirements and ensure alignment.

System Integration:

  • Oversee the integration of diverse systems, applications, and technologies across global operations.

  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security throughout integration processes.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and effectiveness of integration efforts.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, performance metrics, and potential issues.

Some key qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in integration management and/or in Leading Integration Implementation teams or onboarding position with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-ups, a big tech company, or in consulting.

  • Experience in project management: you have led large detailed Integration projects, and have also led teams that have led large and complex Integration projects.

  • You have a track record of achieving metrics, and have developed and deployed successful expansion plans.

  • You have a record of introducing and launching new Integration technologies/strategies into existing operating models.

  • You have a relentless execution ethic and lots of energy.  

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones.

  • Have experience working on a remote team. 

  • Have experience working at a high growth start-up or scale-up.

  • Have Fintech or HRtech experience.

  • Are multilingual.
