The Role
As an Onboarding/Implementation Leader, your key objective is to build and scale Sprinto’s regional implementation team while grooming future leaders within the team. Your role involves metrics-driven decision-making, implementing and monitoring OKRs, executing and improving the playbook to enhance team performance, collaborating with senior management and cross-functional leaders on process implementations, and guiding your team towards collective goals.

Some key responsibilities for the role:
  • Regional Leadership: Own a region and lead a team of 5-10 members, ensuring the successful completion of over 50 customer implementations each month.
  • Metrics-Driven Management: Utilize OKRs to drive decision-making and manage team performance, ensuring that key metrics are consistently monitored and achieved.
  • Process Execution and Improvement: Execute the playbook effectively while constantly seeking and implementing improvements to enhance team performance on key KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional leaders to implement new and existing processes, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.
  • Team Goal Achievement: Lead the team in reaching collective goals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Some key requirements of the role:
  • 8-10 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in leading fast-moving implementation projects. Proven experience in managing implementation projects and delivering team outcomes.
  • Metrics-driven decision-making, team management, strategic and analytical thinking, team engagement and performance management, performance monitoring and improvement, and talent acquisition and development.
  • While a technical educational qualification is not required, a technical background is essential, as Sprinto is primarily used by CTOs and CISOs. Familiarity with any sales or CSM tools is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentorship and coaching abilities.
  • Remote readiness - This role is remote and also requires managing a fully remote team in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
