Position Overview

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners (FNP, ANP, AGNP) and Physician Assistants (PA) based in Connecticut for a 100% virtual/remote role.

Location/Setting:

  • Work remotely from home

Schedule

  • Full-time, weekdays with 1-2 evening shifts and rotating weekends

Call Schedule

  • No call required

What You'll Do

Working under established guidelines and in collaboration with physicians, you'll play a key role in delivering patient care by:

  • Conducting routine physical exams
  • Formulating medical, educational, and psychosocial care plans
  • Collaborating with physicians and care teams to develop treatment plans
  • Referring patients to specialists when necessary
  • Providing treatment within your scope and referring cases outside of your expertise

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Unrestricted Connecticut medical license (or eligibility)
  • Training: Certified APRN (Family, Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner) or PA
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience as an APRN or PA
  • Location: Must reside in the state of Connecticut
