We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. Your innovative ideas, attention to detail, and passion for social media trends will contribute to the success of our brand's digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage designated brands social media profiles, calendar and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and additional channels relevant to the brands target audience.
Collaborate with Marketing team on campaign strategy, new customer acquisition tactics, influencer/creator content needs (that are on brand & on trend), and whitelisting/partnership opportunities.
Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and appropriately to foster positive interactions and manage customer inquiries.
Strong writing editing and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for each.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and style.
