  • You will be required to utilize your personal equipment for this position (computer, headset, and relevant accessories).
  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.
  • 3:00 pm to 12:00 am, Philippines time, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a CRM and Sales Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the UK-based, Director, your key functions will range from accurately entering and maintaining data within the CRM system, to ensuring that all specific fields are correctly filled with precise information. Managing a daily workload of processing and completing 80-100 leads, ensuring that all entries are thorough and up-to-date.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain data within the CRM system, ensuring all specific fields are completed with precise information.
  • Manage a daily workload of processing and completing 80-100 leads, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all entries.
  • Regularly update and maintain customer records, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all CRM databases.
  • Assist the sales team by providing administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and follow-up on leads.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues within the CRM system promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer and sales data.
 

Position Prerequisites

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM and other databases.
  • Experience with data entry and market research is a must.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to action.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
