This is a remote position.
Scope:
Full-time (40 hours per week) Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM with 1 hour unpaid break
Target to identify 4-5 potential sellers per week
Handle lists of approximately 1,000 contacts over a 3-day period
Operate within various US markets, primarily focusing on Alabama
Adapt to different state-specific real estate regulations and cultures
Potential to grow with the company as it expands to new markets

Responsibilities:
Make 200-480 cold calls daily to potential property sellers from provided lists
Pre-qualify leads by asking specific questions to identify motivated sellers
Schedule callbacks for qualified leads with the business owner
Update CRM with call outcomes and lead information
Adapt communication style based on different regional real estate cultures
Meet weekly targets for identifying potential sellers
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in real estate or related industries
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
