Monday to Friday 7am - 11a PST

Client Overview
 is San Diego’s largest and fastest-growing pool service and repair company. To help support our growth, we are seeking an experienced candidate to join us as a remote data entry / bookkeping specialist.

Job Duties
This position will provide support to the multiple teams, but report directly to the Administrative Manager. Responsibilities include:
  • Adding billing items to Quickbooks from a prepared spreadsheet
  • Completing data entry tasks related to CRM, database, and other internal systems
  • Communicating clearly and efficiently with co-workers regarding job tasks

Desired Skills
  • Intermediate level bookkeeping skills

  • General experience with CRM systems and other work software
