Job description

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agile Dev Team Member IV for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

This is a Salesforce developer role focused on designing, developing, and deploying system functionality as part of the Salesforce application environment. The role involves contributing to solution design, coding in multiple programming languages, and implementing DevOps practices using tools like GitHub and CloudBees.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy system functionality according to user stories/feature definitions.

Collaborate in Agile teams, participating in ceremonies to enhance team efficiency and pace.

Provide inputs on solution design and coding, ensuring alignment with design standards and creating quality UX/UI.

Implement DevOps practices using tools like GitHub and CloudBees, and manage or support the deployment of updates into live environments.

Conduct quality testing, address issues early, and assist in user acceptance testing.

Provide ongoing maintenance and support for applications, including performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

Identify and assess new technologies and methods, communicating their impact to business partners.

Apply automation skills to improve efficiency and identify application bottlenecks.

Use appropriate tools for application development, such as Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Angular.
